In a bid to endear the party to the hearts and minds of most Nigerians, the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has begun the sensitisation and mobilisation of maritime operators in order to give the largest votes to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) come the 2023 general elections.
At the meeting of the major stakeholders in the association, the need to win more members for the party and also the need for the members of NAGAFF to mobilise and sensitize other maritime operators and Nigerians to vote for the NNPP for a new beginning was reiterated.
Speaking at the meeting, the Founder, Chairman Board of Trustees and Spiritual Leader of the party, Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam, stated that there’s the need for NAGAFF to assist its sister political association, a political movement that is making waves across the nation.
Dr. Aniebonam called the attention of every member of NAGAFF to play a role in the party.

Doctor Aniebonam also warned his party faithfuls that they do not have the right to condemn any opponent either as a group or as individuals as he said that they are neither judges nor God who are in the positions to do so. He urged them all to leave the performance or lack of it by the present and past governments in the hands of Nigerians, but that if they observe any illegitimate activities on the parts of the people in power that these illegitimate activities should be reported to the appropriate quarters, he advised that they do not use the media to carry out trials, but to do the needful as advised.
Dr. Aniebonam said that the time for blame game is not now, but that this is the time to channel their collective wills and efforts to make for a strong party, win the incoming elections and go on to make the needed positive impact on the lives of Nigerians.

The NNPP spiritual leader who said he had the dream to found the party in 1999 stated that members of the association must form a well established committee that would impact positively on the party.
He charged members to reach out to all maritime operators with a view to supporting the NNPP which is a baby nurtured in the industry and founded to protect the industry.
Aniebonam stated that though NAGAFF is not a political party but that its members have the right to join a political party of their choice.
