It is that season of the year where the birth of Jesus Christ is celebrated and so the Bishop Ajayi Crowther Memorial Anglican Church (BACMAC) Choir is marking this year’s celebration with a white Christmas carol concert tagged “Messiah from a Small Town” performing the works of G.F Handel.

The guest performers include Mrs Ufuoma Ubani (Soprano soloist), Ebuka Omaliko (Alto soloist), Dr Precious Omuku (Tenor soloist), Kayode Àjàyí (Bass Soloist).
The concert will be conducted by the Choir master Kelechi Agu, who is also the Music Director of the Church. The event which takes place on the 11th of of December starts with a red carpet by 3pm on the day as the concert proper starts at 4pm. According to the organisers, the dress code is white attire all through. The programme is organised under the distinguish chairmanship of Dr Toyin Okeowo with Chief and Mrs Ayo Jagun as the parents of the day.

The event is hosted by the Venerable Taiwo Olupitan, Vicar and Archdeacon and the Chief Hosts are RT Rev Dr & Dr Mrs James Olusola Odedeji, Lord Bishop of Diocese of Lagos West.
